2022 Varsity Girls Volleyball
Biography:
Coach Valentine was a multi-sport athlete in volleyball, basketball and track for Westlake High School, receiving League, County & MVP honors in volleyball her Senior year as an outsider hitter. Volleyball became her focus after she competed for the Pepsico Volleyball Club, helping her team be one of the strongest teams in the New York tri-state area. After high school, Kathleen continued her competitive career with New York Institute of Technology for four years as an undergraduate. She received 3x MVP and 2x Offensive Player of the year. After graduation Kathleen continued to play on various teams, including participating in the Empire State games 6x, Co-Ed Quads, Pro Beach and Grass. She coached at numerous clinics in New York and New England through the years.
She is married and has four grown children, two of them daughters, who played volleyball for local high school programs and club.

Girls Varsity Assistant Coach
Biography:
Kennetha Wallace was a multi-sport student-athlete playing volleyball, basketball and track for Hillwood High School, receiving league, county and MVP honors in volleyball throughout her 4 years as libero and outside hitter. She also played volleyball for the Starlings Volleyball club team in Nashville, Tn. Kennetha later received a volleyball scholarship to attend Cheyney University of Pa. She received MVP her senior year. Kennetha continues to play in local adult leagues.
Coaching Philosophy: Every season can be a successful season. All we need is the desire to win, to get better, and to believe in each other.
