The fall cross country pre-season camp will begin on August 12th. Before attending, each athlete must obtain a physical examination. Load your examination paperwork into your BIG TEAMS account. Camp will begin at 9am on August 12th at the NAHS track. Bring running clothing, running shoes, a water bottle and be ready to spend the morning with the team. Practice will conclude at approximately 11:30am. Details about lunch are forthcoming.
You MUST have your physical forms loaded into BIG TEAMS before you can practice. No exceptions!
Camp will continue from August 13-16th. Each day will start at 9am.
