Beginning June 22nd and Ending August 10th on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-10am at the Montco Crossfit Gym located at 2915 Hannah Ave, East Norriton, PA 19401- these OPEN Workouts are for strength building the necessary muscle to perform Volleyball skills. We will focus on vertical leaps, arm/shoulder strengthen and agility/ quickness training.
Beginning June 28th and every Wednesday Night until August 8th- 6:30pm-8:45pm at Norristown High School
Beginning Saturday June 24th (NOT June 31st) there will be Saturday Morning workouts from 8:30am to 10:45am at Norristown High School.
