At Home Drills to Practice

Hey Lady Eagles!
Until we have an approved plan to begin summer workouts from the district, it is very important that you prepare for our season at home. Be sure to follow the Summer Workout plan on posted in the FILES tab on the website. Here are some YouTube videos of drills you can practice at home to continue to improve your stick skills! Keep up the good work! Can't wait to get back on the field together!!
