Workout of the Day WEDNESDAY 11/25/2020

10 minute warmup and stretch

Today is a running day. 

Run 400 meters (use a running app to keep track of your distance).

Then do 10 pushups, 10 situps and 50 jumping jacks

Run 300 meters

Then do 10 pushups, 10 situps and 50 jumping jacks

Run 200 meters

Then do 10 pushups, 10 situps and 50 jumping jacks

Run 100 meters

Then do 10 pushups, 10 situps and 50 jumping jacks
